We give no warranty (expressed or implied) as to the productivity or longjevity of plants once they leave our nursery. Plants are guaranteed to be live when plants leave nursery. Consumer is responsible for plants once plants leave nursery. All container plants can be planted any time of year provided they are adequately watered. All plants can be picked up at our nursery.
